Will my water work with this machine?
Add your water from a test strip, a report or your city's numbers, and we'll check it against the maker's limits above. It stays in this browser.
The maker's water guidance
From ACS's guidance for this model.
Descaling
“Even if you use bottled water of a low mineral content or filters/filter jugs, eventually the machine will require descaling. The only system that completely removes the need for descaling is softening, or Reverse Osmosis with remineralisation using non scaling ions.”
Water filter
“Fill (or refill) the plastic water tank with Filtered water, or ensure boiler safe water is used.”
